great views and close to parks for weekend strolls
I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh decor and the lovely view from my room. The hotel is just a short walk to both the Matthew Flinders Statue and beautiful parks that are perfect for leisurely strolls.

The room was well equipped, though the floors were uneven and dirty.

The room I stayed in had decent space, giving me room to stretch out after a long trip. Plus, it offered a quick connection to main travel routes, making it easy to get around.
The hotel needs a solid refresh—the decor and overall ambiance felt outdated, reminiscent of something from a different era. the old bath and shower combination felt like a relic. Breakfast offerings were limited, and without a fully operational bar and restaurant, it made things a bit inconvenient, especially after a long day. A little improvement in the upkeep would go a long way as I noticed some lingering cleanliness issues, too.

had a good stay with my wife, the staff were super friendly, especially Behiery who was really helpful. the room was clean and comfy. It was nice to have bottled water and some snacks waiting for us. the price was pretty decent too, only £54 a night! overall, it was better than we expected and we felt really taken care of.

Exceptional Value for a Solo Getaway
I had a cozy night in a spacious twin room that welcomed me with a delightful aroma of fresh linen. The staff's warmth made my stay enjoyable. For future guests, the takeaway breakfast options provide a convenient start, but keep in mind the limited in-room dining setup.

This place was just a proper fit for a transient stop with fantastic value for money. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed using the free wifi while watching TV. Consider bringing your own snacks since there's no dining available.

Solo traveler friendly
The staff were incredibly friendly, especially a guy named Abdo, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. the bed in my room was something else, I mean, it was like sleeping on a cloud, and trust me, that’s hard to come by.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but I found it acceptable for what I got.
